Vice President, Military Affairs & Sr. Military Advisor
Colonel retired Bryan Logan serves as the Vice President of Military Affairs and Senior Military Advisor at the Greater San Antonio Chamber of Commerce.
As VP of Military Affairs, Bryan leads all Military Affairs initiatives and efforts on behalf of the over 1,800 business members and advocates for all branches of service and duty status within Joint Base San Antonio. He serves as the Principal Staff Lead for the Military Affairs Council, Senior Enlisted Advisory Committee, and Celebrate America’s Military Committee. Additionally, he serves on the City of San Antonio’s Military Transformation Task Force (MTTF) and the JBSA Community Partnership Program (P4).
Bryan previously served as the Deputy Commander for Joint Base San Antonio and the Vice Commander of the 502d Air Base Wing. His responsibilities included overseeing the largest installation in the Department of Defense with an annual operating budget exceeding $700 million, managing a plant replacement value of $32 billion, and coordinating support for over 80,000 full-time personnel, 145,000 students, and a retiree community of more than 250,000.
Bryan graduated from Louisiana State University with a degree in Environmental Science and was commissioned as an Armor officer. He served in various command and staff positions for over 27 years in the U.S. Army. His educational background includes a Master of Strategic Studies from the Naval and Army War Colleges.
He is married to the former Michelle Bergeron, his wife of over 25 years, and has two sons, Connor, 21, and Patrick, 19.
